Most engagements see a calibrated shortlist within 48 hours after kickoff, once we align on your scorecard and tooling. Complex stacks or rare combinations may take a few extra days to avoid noisy matches.
Yes. We integrate with common ATS tools so candidates, notes, and stages stay in sync. If you are early-stage on spreadsheets, we can start lightweight and formalize as you grow.

No. Candidates do not pay to be considered. Our commercial relationship is with hiring companies.
Identity and background context, skills evidence, structured exercises where appropriate, and human review. The exact path depends on your discipline and seniority.
We will reach out with role details and next steps. We aim for transparent feedback timelines so you are not left guessing.
Plans, trials & billing
Pricing mechanics in plain language—aligned with our published plans.
Starter and Growth plans include a 14-day trial on published terms. Enterprise engagements typically begin with a tailored pilot.
Annual billing includes a discount versus month-to-month on eligible plans. You can switch billing periods according to the terms in your agreement.
Card, bank transfer, and UPI where supported. Enterprise customers may pay by invoice.
Starter and Growth are designed without long-term lock-in. Cancel according to your dashboard or agreement; enterprise terms are spelled out in the contract.
