Please read these terms carefully. They set out the rules for using HireBoost and allocate responsibilities between us, employers, and talent.

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of HireBoost’s website, platform, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Services

HireBoost provides tools and services to connect employers with talent, including vetting, matching, and workflow features. Features may vary by plan or agreement.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable. We are not liable for third-party services or content linked from the Services.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services: no unlawful activity, harassment, scraping or automated access that impairs the platform, introducing malware, impersonation, or circumventing security or access controls.

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access as appropriate.

Employers and talent

Employers are responsible for hiring decisions, employment offers, and compliance with labor, immigration, and equal-opportunity laws.

Talent are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and representations. Misrepresentation may result in removal from the network.

Specific commercial terms may be set forth in a separate order form or agreement.

Intellectual property

HireBoost retains rights to the Services, branding, and our proprietary materials. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services as intended.

Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that matches will result in hires.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireBoost and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars, except where limited by law.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify HireBoost against claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, subject to procedures customary in such provisions.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise.

Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
